- Abstract
- In meeting the second anniversary of the operation of Workers Vocational Training Promotion Act (WVTPA), this study aims to discuss the system construction that can provide nation-wide vocational education & training(VET) of high quality. The study also reviews the VET work that has been operated under WVTPA and forecasts its future prospect. It also deals with the difficulties in the field and the improvement plan for VET. It especially discusses what sorts of practical plan will be reasonable and systematic in operating lifelong vocational training. The study result is to help in the decision of a policy based on equity and rationality. Accordingly, three main themes are discussed in the paper: the current operating situation, confronting problems, and the solution in relation with the operation of WVTPA.
