대학 재학 중 비정규노동과 졸업 후 노동시장 성과

Abstract

이 연구는 대학 재학 중의 비정규노동 경험이 대학 졸업 후의 노동시장 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 한국교육고용패널 자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 여성 대졸자를 분석한 결과는 대학 재학 중에 임시, 일용 등의 비정규노동을 하는 것은 대학 졸업 후에 실업과 비정규노동의 가능성을 높인다는 것이다. 이러한 결과는 대학 재학 중의 비정규노동이 취업 또는 정규직 취업에 도움이 되는 기술과 정보의 습득과 축적에 별로 도움이 되지 못하기 때문에 나타난다고 볼 수 있다.

This study investigated the effects of nonstandard work in college on labor market achievement after college graduation using the Korean Education and Employment Panel (KEEP) data. The results of the analyses of the female college graduates show that nonstandard work including temporary or part-time work in college increases the possibility of unemployment and nonstandard work after college graduation. These results are due to the fact that nonstandard work in college does not contribute to the acquirement and accumulation of the information and skills that are useful to employment or standard work.
