- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of part-time workers, identify current conditions and demands for training programs, and propose special training programs for those workers. The subject of this study is part-time workers in manufacturing sector. The research methods of this study include 1) analyses of related researches and materials, 2) a statistical examination of aggregate data, 3) surveys and interviews of part-time manufacturing workers and companies which employ them, and 4) consultations with experts in related areas.
