청년층의 구직활동 형태의 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사(KEEP) 데이터를 활용하여 청년층 구직자들의 노동사회로의 진출을 위한 여러 구직활동의 형태를 파악하고 특성에 대해 분석하였다. 구직활동기간이 24주 이하인 집단과 25주 이상인 집단 간에 구직활동 형태에서 차이가 있는지를 조사한 결과, 24주 이하인 집단은 직업훈련 경험, 자격증 취득, 취업정보 검색, 취업 부탁, 면접훈련, 취업박람회 참석, 인터넷 탐재, 취업스터디 경험, 워크넷 경험 등의 구직활동 형태에서 25주 이상보다 비율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 학교지원서비스 이용, 직업훈련 경험, 취업 부탁, 취업박람회 참석, 워크넷 검색, 자격증 취득 등에서 차이가 큰 것으로 나타나 이러한 구직활동을 중심으로 지원하는 것이 바람직하다. 구직활동기간이 24주 이하인 집단과 25주 이상인 집단에서 설명변수와 혼동변수가 종속변수인 정규직 여부, 기업 규모에 미치는 영향력을 조사한 결과, 24주 이하인 집단에서 정규직이나 규모가 큰 기업으로의 취업에 학교지원서비스 이용이나 취업스터디 경험 등이 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으나 방문 부탁 경험은 규모가 큰 기업으로의 취업에 오히려 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study identified the various types of job search behavior for young people entering the labor society of job seekers and analyzed for the characteristics through utilizating the data of the Korea Education and Employment Panel (KEEP). The results examined whether the differences in the period of job search behavior between the group of 24 weeks or less and the group of 25 weeks or more are as follows. The group of 24 weeks or less is showed that the percentage is higher than at least 25 weeks in the job search behavior such as vocational training, qualifications acquisition, job search, employment favor, interview training, job fairs, internet heaving, employment study, Work-net search etc. In particular, it is appeared to be large differences in school support services, vocational training, employment favor, job fairs, Work-net search etc. and is desirable to be support in the center of these. The results examined the impact that the explanatory variables and the confused variables effects on the dependent variables such as full-time, enterprise-wide, wages in the period of job search behavior between the group of 24 weeks or less and the group of 25 weeks or more are as follows. The school support services and the job study are a positive impact, but employment favor is the negative impact on the employment for full-time or size large enterprises, high-wage companies in the group of 24 weeks or less.
