Abstract

10년 후에 양성평등, 임금 및 일자리 창출 전망이 모두 밝은 직업은 광고 및 홍보 전문가, 기획 및 마케팅 사무원, 생명과학 연구원, 응용소프트웨어개발자(응용소프트웨어 엔지니어), 제품디자이너, 치과의사, 컴퓨터보안전문가, 투자 및 신용분석가 등 8개 직업임.

양성평등이 실현되는 양질의 일자리 확대를 위해서는 여성의 비자발적 경력단절이 최소화되도록 사회적 지원시스템을 구축함으로써, 기업의 여성에 대한 편견을 해소하는 것이 중요

There are about 8 occupations that present great prospects in terms of gender equality, wages and job creation in the next 10 years, including advertising & promotion specialists, planning & marketing officers, life science researchers, application software developers (application software engineers), product designers, dentists, computer security specialists, and investment and credit analysts.

In order to expand quality jobs toward realizing greater gender equality, it is important to create a social support system that can minimize females' involuntary career disruption, and remove companies' prejudice towards women.
