저학력·저능력 계층을 위한 성인 인적자원 개발방안 : 정보격차 해소 방안을 중심으로

Abstract

The research was intended to look into ways of developin g the people in the under-educated, low-skilled group, identified in this report as the un der-educated who are relatively weak in the social an d economic status and are equipped with comparatively less occupational capability, into human resources necessary for the nation an d the society in general in the knowledge and information age, and also as human resources useful for indu strial development by helping them overcome the digital divide phenomenon for the purpose of self-realization . To accomplish the objective, a review has been made of the theoretical background as to the information gap an d inequality, while an investigation was carried out into what is goin g on with the education on informationization for those having been educated up to middle school level based on the materials produced from the research on the present status and reality of 2001 information-based daily lives an d information gaps among the people, thereby measures to develop human resources with a view to removing information gaps were su ggested in this report. ...
