청년층의 취업눈높이 실태와 과제

Abstract

청년층의 월평균 유보임금은 178만 6천 원(2010년)→212만 7천 원(2014년)으로 34만 1천 원 상승하였으며, 연평균 증가율은 4.5%임.

재학생의 월평균 유보임금은 189만 2천 원(2010년)→257만 3천 원(2014년)으로 68만 1천 원 상승하였으며, 연평균 8.0% 증가하여 취업자(5.7%)보다 빠르게 상승함.

주 5일 근무제 일자리를 선호하는 비율은 41.4%(2010년)→60.8%(2014년)로, 분석기간 중 19.4%p 상승하여 지난 5년간 가장 큰 폭으로 증가함.

남자는 여자에 비해 공무원, 대기업, 공기업 등 안정적으로 근무할 수 있는 고임금 정규직 일자리를 선호함. 반면, 여자는 근무시간과 주 5일 근무제가 지켜지고 통근이 수월하여 일-가정 양립이 가능한 일자리를 선호하는 것으로 나타남.

Males tend to prefer high-paying regular jobs such as in government, large firms, and public enterprises while females showed preference towards jobs that are compatible towards both work and family life through a 5-day workweek and easy commute.
