직업교육훈련기관 이수자의 노동시장 진입 및 직무수행 실태분석 연구(I)

Abstract

본 연구 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학 및 기능대학 졸업생의 교육훈련과 관련된 교육훈련 과정 및 기간, 고용, 직업이동 등을 파악하여 청년층에 대한 노동시장 실태를 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 직업교육훈련 기관 이수자의 중장기 취업 및 고용경험에 대한 현황과 문제점을 파악하여 향후 개선 방안을 정립할 목적을 가지고 있다. 셋째, 직업교육훈련의 결과에 대한 분석을 통해 직업교육훈련에 대한 실제 평가의 기초자료를 확보하고자 하며, 직업교육훈련 관련 기초자료의 축적을 통한 정책 수립 기초자료를 제공할 목적이다. 또한 직업교육훈련 기관의 프로그램 개선시 정책적 방안을 제시 하고자 한다.

This research first discussed some previous analyses of existing domestic and overseas studies and examined the actual condition of overseas vocational education and training institutes (especially in France, Germany, and the United States). Such discussion and examination are intended to capture current major issues for further research. Secondly, the results of our surveys, interviews, and telephone inquiries conducted among 800 graduates and many of their personnel managers (private companies or public corporations) illustrated the actual condition of labor market entry and job performance of graduates of junior colleges and polytechnic colleges. Finally, we presented some policy proposals.
