실업계 고등학교의 직업기초능력 신장 프로그램 개발 및 적용 방안

Abstract

본 연구는 실업계 고등학교에서 다루어야 할 직업기초능력 신장에 관한 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이며, 구체적인 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실업계 고등학교 학생들이 갖추어야 할 직업기초능력의 영역과 수준 구명한다. 둘째, 실업계 고등학교에서 실시되고 있는 직업기초능력에 관한 교육의 실태와 교육적 요구를 분석한다. 셋째, 실업계 고등학교에서 다루어야 할 직업기초능력 신장 프로그램을 개발한다. 넷째, 실업계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력 신장을 위한 교육 방안을 모색한다.

Key competencies refer to the capabilities that everyone should be equipped with in maintaining employment and can be fulfilled through general education to some degree. However, in Korea it has been pointed out that our general education system is ineffective in terms of obtaining practical capabilities related to our jobs, as it depends heavily on memorization. The purpose of this research was to analyze the status of the key competencies of vocational high school students who have received general education and to facilitate the key competencies through vocational high school.
