대학의 취업동아리 육성 방안 연구

Abstract

동아리 활동이 취업과 창업을 촉진하는 매개 수단으로 기능할 가능성과 필요성이 높아졌다는 점에서 이에 대한 체계적인 연구의 필요성이 제고되고있다. 이러한 필요성에 입각하여 본 연구는 대학생들의 취업과 창업을 촉진하는 데 도움이 되는 동아리 활동의 육성 및 지원 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

This research study is to explore some policy measures on university student club activities for employment. Depending upon IMF economic crisis, the importance of career and vocational guidance is more broadly recognized especially at universities and colleges because of their high graduate unemployment rate. In this research, student club activities were studied as a means of exploring and preparing student's careers. Document analysis including previous research articles was conducted to identify national policy ideas on students club activities being helped for student's career exploration and employment. Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate current status of university student's club activities and to confirm the feasibility of policy ideas on career club activities. The conference of career guidance specialists and experts was held to formulate policy measures on university students career club activities including career guidance programs, university supporting systems, and national and community supporting systems. This research study have finally identified 3 categories of policy measures on student career club activities which can be utilized in Korean situation . The first category is about career club program contents and activity methods.
