경제5단체·산업별 협의체 협력을 통한 산학협력 활성화 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 경제5단체·산업별 협력을 통한 산업체 중심의 산학협력의 실태와 문제점을 정밀 진단하고, 산업체 중심의 산학협력 지원체제 및 활성화 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있으며, 구체적인 연구 목적을 제시하면, 다음과 같다. 경제5단체·산업별 협의체 등 산업체 중심의 산학협력이 어떠한 의미와 역할 기능을 가지고 있으며, 어떠한 문제점과 제약 요인을 가지고 있는가를 정확하게 파악하고자 한다. 산업체 차원에서 산학협력과 관련한 정책적·법적 지원 내용과 사례를 분석하여 산학협력 활성화를 위한 개선점을 진단하고자 한다. 경제5단체 및 산업별 협의체 등을 포함한 산업체 대상으로 산학협력 실태 및 산학협력 지원체제 구축 및 개선에 대한 인식 및 요구 조사 분석에 의견조사를 통하여 산학협력의 제약 요인과 문제점, 요구점, 활성화 방안 등을 파악하고자 한다 경제5단체·산업별 협의체 협력을 통한 산업체 중심의 산학협력 지원체제 및 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다

The Korean government has extended investment in establishment of an industry-university cooperation consortium, fosterage of a technology transfer project, promotion of an industry-customized human resource train project and improvement of various systems, and a government-funded project with awareness that technological innovation of an open type through industry-university close cooperation is the driving force behind of national development through industry-university cooperation. But an industry-university cooperation consortium has not been still extended throughout enterprise. The need for new industry-university cooperation to overcome the limitations of university and provider-centered industry-university cooperation and reflect the demand for a industry systematically has increased. Also the need to excavate and conduct a new sector of industry-university cooperation of economic five organizations, industry sector councils and the government has increased. Germany fosters participation of industries through a binary system and Japan establishes local effective support networks through an industry-government-university exchange center. Employment competitiveness of advanced countries like Europe and the United States who conduct a job-centered lesson is relatively high compared to Korea's university-centered industry-university cooperation when considering organization of major advanced countries'''' specialized industry-university support system reflecting industry's needs because they organize industry-university cooperation based on industry demand and economic change and produce employment-related professionals. ...
