Abstract
국가인적자원개발 기본계획은 인적자원개발과 관련된 최초의 국가계획으로 교육, 훈련, 연구개발, 고용, 복지, 산업분야를 포괄하는 종합계획이다.
제1차 국가인적자원개발기본계획은 4대 영역, 16대 분야, 45대 정책과제, 119개 세부과제로 설정되었다.
