Abstract
산업단지와 자유무역지역, 그리고 이를 뒷받침하는 현대화된 고등교육 기관의 설립은 북부지역의 경제 산업발전에 필요한 우수한 인적자원을 양성하고, 지역의 경제 산업발전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 이러한 배경과 필요성에 따라 루앙프라방 국립대학 설립프로젝트가 추진되었다.
