Abstract
취약계층의 직업훈련과정 참여자가 감소하고 있으며, 참여자의 성과도 낮은 현실이다. 취약계층의 고용가능성을 높일 수 있는 직업훈련 모형을 개발하고, 장기적인 직업훈련의 참여를 유도하도록 복지지원체계를 개편하여야 한다.
