Abstract
1차와 2차 노동시장 간의 고용의 질에 있어서 격차를 줄이고 이동의 기회를 늘리는 것이 청년 일자리 문제의 해소를 위한 구조적 차원의 개혁과제이다. 중소기업의 강소기업으로의 발전과 일자리의 질적 제고를 통해 대졸 인력들의 중소기업으로의 유입을 촉진하고 오래 근속할 수 있는 유인을 제공하는 정책적 노력 또한 중요할 것이다.
