베이비붐 세대 제2인생설계 구축 방안

Abstract

본 연구에서는 베이비붐 세대를 위한 제2인생설계를 지원하는 정책을 종합적으로 기획하고 실천하는 작업이 필요하다는 문제의식에서 출발하여, 관련 현황과 문제점을 분석하여 정책적 대안을 제시하고, 현재 제공되는 개별적 프로그램을 원스톱으로 접근할 수 있는 통합적 지원 서비스 모델의 개발과 확산 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

To prepare the basic policies of second-life design for baby boomers, who have higher economic power and educational background compared to existing old generations, will be operated as a milestone for establishing general social system for aged society. Nowadays, it is increased that the needs for second-life design for baby boomers. In Korea, income security system for seniors is weak, especially compared to developed nations. However, current state of support policies for second-life design is fragmentary and each individual makes their second life by oneself. Also, it is the problem that the individuals are responsible for all the failure of second-life design.
