국가 인력수급 전망과 정책과제(Ⅲ) : 서비스산업분야

Abstract

본 연구는 1·2차 년도에 개발한 중장기 인력수급전망 모형에 기초하여 서비스 분야별 수급전망을 실시함으로써 국가 인적자원개발정책의 시사점과 함의를 도출하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로는 향후 지식기반사회에 대비하기 위하여 국내경제성장의 견인차 역할을 할 서비스산업에 초점을 맞춰 체계적이고 종합적인 중장기 인력수급 전망(2003년~2010년)을 실시하고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 분야별 인력양성과 활용을 위한 노동정책 및 교육훈련정책 수립ㆍ집행의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 또한, 과거자료에 의존한 획일화 된 전망보다는 지식기반경제로 빠르게 이전하고 있는 현시점에서 향후 우리 경제의 성장을 주도해 나갈 서비스산업에 초점을 맞추어 중장기 인력수요전 망의 틀을 수립하는 것이다.

This study focuses on the service industry to analyze the predicted demand for human resources across all industries, thus striving to reach consensus on the future direction of the national human resource development policy and to incorporate the findings of this research into this policy. Given the current trend in which the manufacturing-based economy is rapidly being transformed into a knowledge-based one, this study has also focused on establishing a framework for the mid to long-term demand for human resources within the service industry, the sector which will lead our economy in the future. ...
