실업계 고등학교 체제 개편에 따른 전문교과 교사 연수 운영 방안

Abstract

본 연구는 실업계 고교 체제 개편에 따른 교사의 수급 문제를 해결하고 이들의 전문성을 신장시키기 위한 전문교과 교사 연수 운영 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 구체적인 목표는 다음과 같다. 실업계 고교 체제 개편에 따른 전문교과 교사의 수급 실태를 분석한다. 실업계 고교 전문교과 교사를 대상으로 하는 연수 운영 현황을 파악 하고, 연수 프로그램에 대한 전문교과 교사의 요구를 진단한다. 실업계 고교 체제 개편에 따른 전문교과 교사의 효과적인 연수 방안을 모색한다.

The changes that have occurred in the social conditions have emerged as a serious challenge to the vocational high school education system. Therefore, efforts to reform this system, as well as the various implementation types used, have been undertaken, with much of the focus being on the role of the government and vocational high school units. Vocational high school teachers will play a very important part of any effort to successfully reorganize the vocational high school education system. However, assuring the steady supply of teachers who can teach specialized subjects, due to the lack of elasticity in the teaching market, has emerged as a new problem. This paper analyzed the state of the supply of teachers qualified to teach specialized subjects in the aftermath of the onset of the effort to reorganize the vocational high school education system and of the implementation of the 7th Educational Curriculums. Furthermore, an attempt was made to develop effective in-service training programs for teachers in the aftermath of the reorganization of the vocational high school education system, by analyzing the demand for such in-service training programs and the nature of the current implementation system employed. To attain the objectives of this research, the following methods were used: 1) related literature and materials were referred to. 2) The educational statistics DB was analyzed as part of an effort to develop an understanding of the present state of the human resources structure of vocational teachers in vocational high schools that have been reorganized. 3) A survey of city and provincial level educational officials was conducted, and consultations with specialists were held, in order to analyze the present state and future direction of the reorganization of the vocational high school education system. 4) Field visits to actual school units, as well as interviews with teachers, were conducted to collect their opinions on the training programs for those teaching specialized subjects. 5) A survey of the training organizations responsible for the teaching of secondary subjects was carried out to analyze the present state of these training programs, and to suggest ways through which these could be improved ...
