한국 교육 고용 패널 조사

Abstract

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널(KEEP : Korean Education & Employment Panel) 조사의 구축을 통해 장기적으로 지속가능하며 대표성을 갖는 청년층의 교육관련 정보를 충분히 생성하면서 교육과 노동시장간의 관계를 보다 밀도 있게 분석할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있음.

○ Although there has been an increase in the number of students attending secondary and higher educational institutions, which indicates a quantitative improvement in the development of human resources, because of the ineffectiveness of the overall educational system, this has not been accompanied by any significant qualitative improvements. ○ In addition, a lack of basic data sources has resulted in the widespread failure to analyze the causes for this shortcoming as well as find any potential solutions. ○ While discussions on the creation of an information infrastructure have been held, these have tended to focus more on panel data than time-series or cross-section data. ○ The objectives of this research are the following: to establish the Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) as part of an effort to develop a database containing the information required for the education of this country’s youth, and to prepare a detailed analysis of the relationship between the education sector and labor market...
