경력단절여성 재취업 유망직업 선정에 관한 연구

Abstract

이 연구는 경력단절여성 재취업 유망직업 선정을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 경력단절여성에게 취업기회가 높은 직업을 유망직업 기준으로 삼고, 3단계 과정을 통해 유망직업을 선정하였다. 1단계에서는 고용보험 DB와 워크넷 DB를 기초로 한 양적자료 분석과 직업상담사 및 매체 추천을 통한 질적자료 수집을 통해 후보직업을 발굴하였다. 2단계에서는 1단계에서 발굴된 후보직업을 정리, 통합하였으며, 3단계에서는 1) 나이·경력·학력에 구애를 덜 받아 경력단절여성이 노동시장에 진입하기 용이한 직업, 2) 관련 경력이 없어도 경력단절여성이 직업훈련을 통해 노동시장에 진입 가능한 직업, 3) 남성지배직업이어서 상대적으로 취업가능성이 낮은 편이나 경력단절여성 재취업 사례가 있어 경력단절여성에게 도전감을 줄 수 있는 직업으로 선정기준을 확정하여 총 55개 직업을 경력단절여성 재취업 유망직업으로 선정하였다. 결론에는 본 연구의 의의와 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate occupations that is of high probabilities for career-interrupted women to reenter the labor market. A process of 3 steps was performed to find such occupations. Using Employment Insurance and Work-net Database, it has been found occupations that career-interrupted women empirically reemployed with high frequencies and preference. We then surveyed promising jobs through career counsellors and media. In the second step, occupations collected through the first two steps has been assorted and selected as promising jobs. Finally, we pin down total 55 jobs for career-interrupted women based on the following criteria; 1) easiness to reenter the labor market regardless of age, job experience, and education background, 2) whether job training can help their qualification to reenter the labor market, and 3) whether to challenge them with prior success examples.
