진로결정 자기효능감, 과제가치의 학습몰입, 교과 만족도, 학습지속의향 예측

Abstract

본 연구는 진로결정 자기효능감, 과제가치의 학습몰입, 교과 만족도, 학습지속의향의 예측력을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 D전문대학의 2010년 1학기 공학계열생을 대상으로 두 차례에 걸쳐 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 진로결정 자기효능감(β = .53, p<.05)은 학습몰입을 유의하게 예측(R2= .31)하였으며, 과제가치(β = .49, p<.05)와 학습몰입(β = .21, p<.05)은 교과 만족도를 유의하게 예측(R2= .41)하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습몰입(β = .30, p<.05)과 교과 만족도(β = .25, p<.05)는 학습지속의향을 유의하게 예측(R2= .28)하였다. 나아가 학습몰입은 진로결정 자기효능감과 교과 만족도, 진로결정 자기효능감과 학습지속의향을, 교과 만족도는 과제가치와 학습지속의향, 학습몰입과 학습지속의향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 학습몰입, 교과 만족도, 학습지속의향을 향상시키기 위해 진로결정 자기효능감과 과제가치의 중요성을 확인하고 구체적인 증진방안을 고려해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of the present study is to examine the prediction of students’ career decision-making self-efficacy, task value on learning flow, course satisfaction and persistence. To meet the purpose of present study, D junior college was chosen and two surveys were conducted among the engineering-majored students enrolled in the spring semester of 2010. The results of this study through multiple regression analyses indicated that career decision-making self-efficacy predicted significantly on learning flow, task value and learning flow predicted significantly on course satisfaction and learning flow and course satisfaction predicted significantly on persistence. In addition, learning flow mediated the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on course satisfaction and persistence. Also, course satisfaction mediated the effect of task value on persistence and learning flow on persistence. The results suggested that career decision-making self-efficacy and task value should be considered as important factors to improve students’ learning flow, course satisfaction and persistence in junior college.
