잠재성장모델을 이용한 대학생의 자기효능감, 행복 및 자기주도학습 간의 종단 관계 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자기효능감이 행복을 매개로 자기주도학습에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고 그 간접효과의 유의성을 확인하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국교육고용 패널조사(KEEP)의 7, 8, 9차년도 설문자료를 이용하였으며 2012학년도 대학에 재학 중인 학생 874명을 기준으로 하였다. 연구모델을 통계적으로 검증하기 위해 Amos(18)와 Mplus(7.2)를 사용하였고 분석 방법으로는 잠재성장모델을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감의 초기값이 행복의 초기값에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행복의 초기값이 자기주도학습의 변화율에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감의 초기값과 변화율이 각각 자기주도학습의 초기값과 변화율에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감 초기값이 행복 초기값을 매개로 하여 자기주도학습 변화율에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자기효능감이 자기주도학습보다 행복에 미치는 효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 자기주도학습에 미치는 효과는 자기효능감이 행복보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze longitudinal relationships between self- efficacy, happiness and self-directed learning in Korean university students latent growth curve modeling. To achieve this purpose, the Korea Education and Employment Panel data-sets were analyzed using Amos(18) and Mplus(7.2) programs. The major findings are as follows: first, the self-efficacy intercept had a significant positive effect on the happiness intercept. Second, the happiness intercept had a significant positive effect on the self-directed learning slope. Third, the self-efficacy intercept had a significant positive effect on the self-directed learning intercept. Furthermore, the self-efficacy slope had a significant positive effect on the self-directed learning slope. Fourth, the self-efficacy intercept had an indirect positive influence on the self-directed learning slope through the intervening variable of the happiness intercept. Fifth, self-efficacy had a more significant effect on happiness than the self-directed learning. Sixth, self-directed learning was more significantly affected by self-efficacy than by happiness.
