초·중등학교 기초직업교육의 현황과 과제

Abstract

본 연구 목적을 제시하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초·중등학교에서 기초직업교육이 어떠한 의미에서 중요성을 갖고 있는지를 살펴보고, 기초직업교육이 의미를 어떻게 규정하고 개념 정리를 할 수 있는가를 살펴본다. 둘째, 초·중등학교에서 기초직업교육의 실태를 파악하기 위해 학교급별 기초직업교육의 현황과 문제점, 기초직업교육과 관련한 정부 및 시·도교육청의 정책적 지원 실태를 살펴보고, 기초직업교육을 내실화하고 강화하기 위한 발전 방향을 모색해 본다. 셋째, 제7차 국민공통교육과정에서 기초직업교육과 관련한 내용을 파악하기 위해 교과서 분석과 델파이 조사를 통해 차기 교육과정에 반영해야할 기초직업교육과 관련한 보완점을 도출한다. 넷째, 초·중등학교에서 기초직업교육을 내실화하고 강화하기 위한 방향과 방안을 마련한다.

Depending upon IMF economic crisis, the importance of the preliminary vocational education is more broadly recognised among elementary and secondary schools. But the National Core Curriculum(designed for one through ten) have a few relating to the preliminary vocational education. However, most of schools are confused in developing and selecting program and textbook for the preliminary vocational education because of no guidelines on the preliminary vocational education. In recognition of this need, the research look at the Current situation and tasks for the preliminary vocational education in elementary and secondary schools. The purposes of the study was to determine the preliminary vocational education required for the workforce to be successful, defined with many document analysis including phenomenological approach as well as Korean and foreign materials was connected with identify objective an content elements described by researchers and experts. We tried to analyze seven textbooks with this determined Definition. It was also concluded that seven Textbooks were included the preliminary vocational education But the results of this Textbook analysis were problematical following: ① The absence of a main curriculum for the preliminary vocational education ② The lack of contents and objectives for the preliminary vocational education ③ The lack of the understanding a preliminary vocational education meanings for the implementation of educational system reforms ④ The lack of quality control system for preliminary vocational education. It was concludes that there's must the National Core Curriculum revised. Delphi method was finally applied to make a consensus on objectives and contents of the preliminary vocational education among experts comprising of representatives from scholars, researcher, school teacher, policy makers etc. This was carried out twice to collect ideas what is formed with contents of next curriculum that is reflected problems and solutions, system of supporting policy and social change the preliminary vocational education of elementary and secondary schools and strengthened the preliminary vocational education of elementary and secondary schools. With the results of the consensus, there were contents should be supplement some items, that is, in character of human being to pursuit, curriculum policy to construct, education objectives of school level organization and time of subjects to change. It is necessary not only to transform of cognition for school teacher and policy marker to improve possibility of change concerning the preliminary vocational education in reforming of later curriculum. but also to need of practical and positive utilization of educational media, television, internet and materials, to strengthen and activate the preliminary vocational education in elementary and secondary education. ...
