Abstract

한국교육고용패널(KEEP)은 국가인적자원개발 정책의 수립과 실행을 위한 기초자료의 구축을 목적으로 한다. 본 조사는 학교에서 노동시장으로의 이행과정에 관한 신뢰로운 자료를 구축하여, 정부·대학·연구기관·개인 등에 제공함으로써 정책 수립과 연구 수행을 지원한다. ○ 주요내용 - 조사 개요 - 3차(2006)년도 조사 결과 및 자료 보급 - 4차년도 신규 표본 설계 - 4차년도 본 조사 현황 - 설문시스템 수정개발 및 조사도구 변경 - 향후 계획

1. Necessity and Purpose of Study ○ This study aims to generate panel data that are sustainable and representative in the long view to closely analyze the relation between education and the labor market while generating education-related information for the younger generation. ○ The characteristics of this year survey - 1,600 high school students were added to original panels for the purpose of comparativeness the first cohort(high school students in 2004) with second cohort(middle school students in 2004). - The second cohort’s school administrator and their teachers in charge were surveyed with Web. - The survey solution system changed PDA to UMPC. ○ In 2007, the fourth Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) Survey has been conducted. ○ Subject and the number of samples for this fourth survey was consisted of original samples and added samples, with 6,000 original students including 2,000 third-grade students from middle school, 2,000 third-grade students from general high school, and 2,000 third-grade students from vocational high school in 2004, and with added students including 1,000 vocational high school stuedents, 300 science high school students and 300 foreign language high school studenst in 2007. Most of them now are in their third grade in high school or are sophomore in a technical college or university. Some ceased studying and are now employees. Some are preparing for college or university admission. And some of the men were conscripted into the army. This study also investigated 3,600 guardians of these high school students. ...
