대학생 핵심역량 진단(K-CESA) 지원과 활용(2019)

Abstract

본 연구는 10년 동안 수행될 계속과제로, 올해는 4년차 연구에 해당한다. 새로운 문항을 개발하고, 진단참여 대학생의 핵심역량 수준을 분석하는 것을 지금까지 3년차 연구와 동일하게 수행하였다. 4년차 연구에서는 미래노동시장에서 필요한 핵심역량을 도출하기 위해 선행연구 분석과 해외사례 탐색을 새롭게 시도하였다. 특히 올해 연구에서는 핵심역량 데이터의 표준화 작업을 완성하여 향후 핵심역량에 대한 정확하고 다양한 분석이 가능해져 학술적 가치는 물론 정책적 함의를 높이는 데 기여할 것으로 전망한다.

Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment(K-CESA) is an assessment tool for essential skills of students in collegiate level. The purpose of this study is to improve sustainability and usability of the K-CESA. This study has been proceeded as the ten-year plan, and the forth year of 2019 is conducted based on K-CESA medium and long-term fundamental plan and the results from study year of 2016, 2017 and 2018. The research methods are as follows: 1) Domestic and international studies and cases related to core competencies of college students were analyzed through literature review, 2) Trends and issues of future capabilities and competency-based higher education policies were collected and analyzed through field studies. The places for the field studies were France(July 9, 2019 ~ July 14, 2019) and Germany(October 7, 2019 ~ October 12, 2019). The case of France is focused on higher education policy related to core competencies. And in the case of Germany, research was focused on the discussion of how labor market capacity related to ‘Industry 4.0’ is reflected in education. ...
