직업계고 학생의 취업지원 만족도 유형과 취업성과 간 관계 분석: 잠재프로파일분석을 중심으로

Abstract

이 연구는 직업계고 학생의 취업지원 만족도에 따른 잠재집단을 분류하고, 각 잠재집단 유형이 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력연구원에서 제공하는 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ의 1-3차년도 자료를 활용하여 직업계고 학생의 취업지원 만족도 유형을 잠재프로파일분석(Latent Profile Analysis)을 통해 도출하였고, 각 유형이 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 통상최소자승회귀분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 확인하였다. 주요 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업계고 학생의 취업지원 만족도 유형은 7개 집단으로 구분되었으며, 각 잠재집단의 응답 분포를 고려하여 보통만족-취업캠프 불만족형, 보통만족형, 보통 만족-취업캠프 만족형, 전반적 만족-취업캠프 불만족형, 전반적 만족형, 전반적 만족-취업캠프 만족형, 고만족형으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 각 잠재집단 유형이 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 고만족형은 취업여부, 월임금, 직장만족도에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 전반적 만족형과 전반적 만족-취업캠프 불만족형은 취업여부와 월 임금에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 전반적 만족-취업캠프 만족형은 취업 여부에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 직업계고 학생의 취업지원 만족도는 다양한 수준과 유형으로 구분될 수 있고, 취업지원 만족도 수준이 높은 유형의 경우 취업성과가 높음을 확인하였다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 직업계고의 취업지원에 대한 논의 시 취업지원 프로그램 참여 여부뿐만 아니라 만족도에 주목할 필요가 있음을 강조하였고, 취업지원 만족도를 높이기 위한 노력이 특정 영역이 아닌 전체적 만족도 수준을 높이기 위한 방향으로 이루어져야 함을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to classify latent groups according to the satisfaction of vocational high school students with employment support and to analyze the effect of each latent group type on employment performance. To this end, the types of job satisfaction of vocational high school students were derived through Latent Profile Analysis using the data from the 1st-3rd year of ？Korea Education and Employment Panel II(KEEP II)？ provided by Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training(KRIVET), and the effect of each type on job performance was confirmed through Ordinary Least Squares Method and logistic regression analysis. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, vocational high school students' satisfaction type was divided into seven groups, and considering the response distribution of each latent group, it was named as ordinary satisfaction-not satisfied with the job camp type, ordinary satisfaction type, ordinary satisfaction-satisfied with the job camp type, overall satisfaction-not satisfied with the job camp type, overall satisfaction type, overall satisfaction-satisfied with the job camp type, high satisfaction type. Second, as a result of examining the effect of each latent group type on employment performance, high satisfaction type had a statistically significant positive effect on both employment status, monthly wage, and job satisfaction type had a significant positive effect on employment status. In other words, the satisfaction level of vocational high school students can be divided into various levels and types, and it was confirmed that the employment performance was high in the case of the type with high satisfaction level of employment support. Based on the above analysis results, it was emphasized that when discussing employment support in vocational high schools, it was necessary to pay attention not only to participate in the employment support program but also to increase the overall satisfaction level.
