Abstract

이 연구는 직업계고 졸업자의 노동시장 진입 후 경력이동에 따른 경력경로 양상을 유형화하고, 경력경로 유형별 노동시장 이행 특성을 분석하며, 이를 토대로 맞춤형 경력개발 지원을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 주요 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 연구 문제 1. 직업계고 졸업자는 노동시장 진입 후 직업적 경력 측면에서 어떤 변화와 이동 양상을 보이는가? 연구 문제 2. 직업계고 졸업자가 경험하는 경력 변화와 이동의 원인 및 맥락은 무엇인가? 연구 문제 3. 직업계고 졸업자의 안정적이고 발전적인 경력개발을 위해 필요한 것은 무엇인가?

In order to promote the employment of high school graduates, it is necessary to have an in-depth discussion on what the careers of vocational high school graduates look like and the phenomenon. In particular, it is required to search for transitional trajectories and patterns in the labor market rather than simply focusing on employment after graduation, that is, entry into the labor market. Because to promote the employment of high school graduates based on a stable labor market settlement of vocational high school graduates, an understanding of the labor market settlement and career migration process of vocational high school graduates must be preceded. This means exploring the career path of vocational high school graduates is necessary. Career path exploration of vocational high school graduates can provide information on what kind of change process they undergo in the labor market, giving them implications for necessary policy support. Accordingly, this study tried to examine the pattern of career paths of vocational high school graduates after entering the labor market through typification and to explore the characteristics of individuals belonging to each career path type in various ways. In particular, considering that the features of early careers, such as the first job, can affect the overall career path, this study focused on the initial career path five years after vocational high school graduates entered the labor market.
