국가 수준의 통합직업진로정보센터 구축 방안

Abstract

본 사업의 목적은 국민의 진로개발을 지원할 수 있는 국가 수준의 통합 직업진로정보센터의 구축 방안을 마련하는 데 있음. 구체적인 사업의 하위 목표는 아래와 같음 첫째, 21세기 지식기반정보화 사회에서 국가 직업진로정보센터의 필요성과 중요성 파악 둘째, 국내의 직업진로정보센터 관련 기관 및 조직의 운영 실태와 문제점 파악 셋째, 주요 선진국의 국가 수준 직업진로정보센터의 운영 실태 파악 넷째, 국가 수준의 통합 직업진로정보센터의 체제 구축 방안 수립

As the globe in 21 century is confronting the era that the internal as well as the external atmosphere surrounding vocation rapidly changes, the efforts to promote research, program development, and information service concerning lifelong education and career are getting emphasized at the national level to support career development of the entire people of a nation. In this respect, it is pressing for Korean government to establish a central system that is in charge of R&D, and program distribution on vocation and career to support career development through individual life-span. Currently, informations on education, employment, and career are merely delivered through various sporadical channel in Korea without formulating a central system that comprehensively and organically networks various channels on the user-basis.
