대학생 학교생활의 진로인식 결정요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널조사(KEEP) 8차 데이터를 활용하였다. 현재 학교에 재학중인 전문대 및 대학교에 다니는 대학생 1,220명(남자 788명, 여자 442명)을 대상으로 학교생활의 진로인식 결정요인에 대해 분석하여, 진로인식에 미치는 요인을 검증하고 그에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 대학생 학교생활의 진로인식 결정요인은 크게 개인적 요인, 대학 시설과 자원, 교수-학습활동, 지도교수면담으로 나누어 살펴볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 진로인식에 미치는 개인적 요인으로 수업태도와 자기존중감, 대학 시설과 자원, 교수-학습활동으로 강의내용, 시험평가, 학교생활만족, 그리고 지도교수면담을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 개인적 요인인 수업태도나 자기존중감은 진로인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교생활만족과 지도교수면담이 진로인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생들이 학교생활을 하면서 진로인식 결정요인에 대해 알아봄으로써, 대학생의 진로인식에 도움이 될 수 있도록 기초를 제시하였다.

This article examined about the career recognition of the college and university student's school life. We used a sample of 8th dataset from KEEP(Korea Education and Employment Panel). They were all 1,220(man 788, woman 442) of university and college student. We analysed decision factors of career recognition of school life, and would to suggest factors about the basic information. The decision factors of career recognition of the college and university student's school life were individual factors, college equipments and resources, teaching and learning activities, counseling with academic advisers. We studied the individual factors career recognition were attitude of class and self-esteem, school equipments and resources, and teaching-learning activity factors were contents of lecture and evaluation for exam, a satisfaction of school life, and counseling with academic advisers. The results were first class attitude or self-esteem of individual factors influenced the career recognition. The next, a satisfaction of school life and a counseling with academic advisers of factors influenced the career recognition.
