공인 민간자격 사후관리 방안

Abstract

본 연구는 공인 민간자격의 사후관리 현황 및 실태를 분석하고, 또 사후관리에 대한 의견조사를 실시하여 공인민간자격 관리자와 소관 부처의 담당자가 활용할 수 있는 공인민간자격 사후관리 방안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 하위 연구목표는 다음과 같다. 1) 공인민간자격의 사후관리 실태를 종합적으로 분석하여 관련 정책 수립에 기초자료를 제공한다. 2) 공인민간자격의 질 관리에 필요한 사후관리 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the current status and situation of post-management of accredited private qualifications, and to come up with measures that may be utilized by the relevant personnel at the ministries responsible for post-management and the private qualifications-operating institutions through a survey on post-management. In order to fulfill the objectives of the research, analysis of documents on qualifications policy, compiled documents on the current status of operation of accredited private qualifications and previous research documents on the subject of promotion of private qualifications was carried out. In addition, a study on the post-management status and a survey of opinions of private qualifications managers and relevant personnel at responsible ministries were conducted . As part of the efforts, the contents and direction of the research were set, and with the aim of reviewing the post-management measures, a consultative specialist meeting was held with the participation of accredited qualifications managers to consider post-management measures.
