직업훈련 평가결과를 활용한 훈련 기관 DB 구축

Abstract

본 연구는 직업능력개발 정책 수립 및 직업능력개발 사업의 원활한 추진을위해 평가 체제를 개선하여 질적 평가로 전환하고, 다양한 자료를 수집·분석하기 위해 자료 수집 시스템을 구축하며, 수집된 자료가 연구·개발에 활용될 수 있도록 효율적인 데이터 생성 체제 및 DB 관리 시스템 구축이 필요함에 따라 다음과 같은 방법으로 진행됨. 첫째, 관련 문헌 및 자료를 분석하고, 둘째, 직업능력개발사업 관련 부처 담당자 및 각 기관의 DB 운영 실무자를 대상으로 전문가 회의를 실시하였음. 셋째, DB 설계자 및 운영자 등을 토대로 면담조사를 실시하여 DB 구축 방법, DB 구축을 위한 전략, DB 구축 절차, DB 운영 실태 및 문제점, 활용 등을 알아보았음. 넷째, 정부 직업능력개발사업에 관한 요구 조사를 위해 훈련기관을 이수한 수료생, 훈련기관에서 배출한 인력을 활용하고 있는 사업주, 현재 재학하고 있는 훈련생들을 대상으로 직업능력개발사업, 훈련기관, 훈련과정 등에 관한 요구 조사를 실시하였음.

Evaluation is one of the core activities for vocational development projects to promote the national human resources development. As of accountability, the valid evaluation for the vocational training institutes is important for the efficient financial policies. Therefore, it is imperative to build database system of vocational training institutes for qualitative evaluation from various resources. This study was to develop the establishing plan for the database system of vocational training institutes utilizing the result of qualitative evaluation of them.
