전문계 고등학생의 구직역량 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 전문계 고등학생의 구직역량에 대해 전문계 고등학생, 교사, 기업체의 인사담당자의 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 전문계 고등학생이 현재 가지고 있는 구직역량의 수준은 보통(3점) 수준을 정도로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 향후 전문계 고등학생이 갖추어야 할 구직역량의 필요수준에 대해서는 필요함(4점) 정도 수준으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보리치(Borich) 공식과 허쉬코비츠(Hershkowitz)의 임계 함수를 종합한 결과, 학생과 교사는 구직지식역량군과 구직기술역량군의 하위역량을, 인사담당자는 구직태도역량군과 구직적용역량군의 하위역량을 우선적으로 개발해야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 학생의 취업준비 수준이 아직 기업의 요구를 따라가지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to analyze the educational needs of vocational highschool students, vocational highschool teachers and human resources officers for vocational high school student’s employment competency. The results were as follows. First, perceived current level of employment competency was middle level(approximately 3point). Second, perceived needs level of employment competency was middle-high level(approximately 4point). third, the result of using Borich’s formula and Hershkowitz’s critical function, vocational high school students and vocational highschool teachers needed sub-competency of employment knowledge competency cluster and employment skill competency cluster, human resources officers perceived sub-competency of employment attitude competency cluster and employment adaptation competency cluster. finally, employment competency level of vocational highschool students fell short of companies’ needs.
