핵심역량 기반 인성교육이 대학생의 대인관계 역량과 글로벌 역량에 미치는 효과

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생의 대인관계 역량과 글로벌 역량 함양을 위해 핵심역량 기반 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 토대로 인성교육 프로그램의 구성요인 및 수행목표를 설정하고, K-CESA 대학생 핵심역량의 대인관계역량과 글로벌 역량을 중심으로 인성교육 프로그램을 구체화하였다. 효과성 검증을 위해 200명의 대학생에게 설문지를 배부하였고, 배부된 설문지 중에서 쌍(Pair)을 이루지 않거나 누락된 것을 제외한 142부의 설문지에 대해 그 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 핵심역량 기반 인성교육 프로그램은 대인관계 역량의 하위요인 중 정서적 유대, 리더십에서 긍정적인 영향이 있었고, 글로벌 역량의 하위요인 중 타문화 이해 및 수용능력에서 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 전통적 관습과 규율과 같은 소극적인 도덕적 덕목을 강조한 인성교육에서 벗어나 글로벌 환경을 배경으로 다원화 사회의 가치를 이해·포용·관리해 나갈 수 있는 적극적인 덕목으로 인성교육의 개념을 확대하고, 예비 직업인으로서 대학생이 겸비해야할 인성교육을 위한 핵심역량 기반 인성교육 프로그램의 개발 및 그 효과성을 검증했다는 측면에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a personality education program aimed at cultivating interpersonal skills and global competence and to verify its effects. To this end, the study developed and implemented a program for personality education. Based on prior studies, the study sets up the goals of the program and the elements of personality and specified the program on interpersonal skills and global competence of college students defined by K-CESA. Questionnaires were given to 200 students in order to analyze the changes in core competencies before and after the program. The effects of the program were analyzed on 142 questionnaires except for lost questionnaires or missing pairs. The results showed that the program had positive effects on emotional ties and leadership in the subordinate factors of interpersonal skills and on cross-cultural understanding and acceptance in the subordinate factors of global competence. Therefore, this study expands the concept of personality education to that of personality education as an active virtue capable of understanding, embracing, and managing the value of a global and diverse society against the backdrop of global environment, departing from the traditional personality education that emphasized passive moral virtues such as conventional customs and discipline.
