Purpose of Visit:

- To conduct a capacity-building workshop for TVET stakeholders from African partner countries in the UNESCO BEAR III project, focusing on sustainable vocational training systems amidst global technological and labor market shifts.

- To facilitate mutual learning and comparative analysis between Korea and participating countries to strengthen TVET capabilities in the era of digital and technical transformation.

- To provide a structured learning flow that encourages participants to interpret and re-contextualize Korean TVET cases to fit their own national systems, rather than simply presenting them as fixed best practices.

- To establish a lasting policy network among BEAR III partner countries and develop a shared analytical framework for ongoing project collaboration.
